A seminar entitled "Prevention of Chronic Diseases: High Blood Pressure and Diabetes" at the Faculty of Arts within the Community Awareness Committee
Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the Community Awareness Committee at Mansoura University organized a seminar entitled "Prevention of Chronic Diseases: High Blood Pressure and Diabetes", headed by Prof. Dr. Sahar Nessim, Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, at the Faculty of Arts, Mansoura University, where the seminar was moderated by Prof. Dr. Dina Abu Al-Ela, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and was attended by Prof. Dr. Wedad Saber, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Nursing and a member of the Community Awareness Committee and Coordinator of the Population Health Initiative, which aims to spread awareness about how to prevent these diseases by following a healthy lifestyle and understanding the risk factors leading to high blood pressure and diabetes
And raising awareness of the importance of healthy nutrition, physical activity and identifying On prevention methods and how to follow a healthy lifestyle. This symposium comes within the framework of the initiative of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for human development, under the slogan “A New Beginning for Building the Human Being,” which aims to raise community awareness and develop basic life skills.
