On 23^rd of August, Prof. Ashraf Mohamed Abdel Basset, the President of Mansoura University,  followed the operations of 3 new air-conditioned buses (one large bus with a capacity of 45 passengers,

and two small buses with a capacity of 33 passengers each) at the Motor vehicles Unit for  the transportation of faculty members at a total cost of 4,230,000 pounds (four millions and  two hundred thirty thousand pounds) of the university's own resources. Prof. Ashraf Mohamed Abdel Basset, the President of the University, and Prof. Mahmoud El-Meligy, the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vehicles Unit for the transportation of the faculty members checked the operations of the new buses and made sure they were ready for work. It should also  be noted that the development of the transportation unit  for the faculty members comes within the framework of Mansoura University's plan to develop all its specific units and centers in order to improve the quality of services provided to all its employees.
