The Ministry of Higher Education launches the preparations of the First Annual Conference under the title “The Role of Higher Education in 

building the economics of Knowledge and the development of its investing fields”. The Motto of the Conference is (Egypt crosses the bridges of knowledge). The Conference is to be held in June next year and its subthemes will include:

1.     Development in the era of the economics of knowledge.

2.     The development of education and its role in building the economics of knowledge.

3.     The role of university students in developing science and technology.

4.     Safeguarding intellectual property rights of university innovations.

5.     Integrating science within the system of production and transferring knowledge into a productive tool.

6.     Building an intellectual human capital and introducing new cognitive products.

7.     Transformation towards knowledge communities: strategies and experiments.
