The side – activities of the 3^rd Fair for Qualifying and Employing Graduates included a symposium entitled “Youth Leaders of Egypt” which dealt with the characteristics of the ideal leader, the success criteria and

the ways of helping others. The symposium asserted that the successful person should have many characteristics such as: will, steadiness and endurance in order to achieve his/ her goal, overcome obstacles, and reach the ultimate success. At the end, the symposium emphasized the idea of personal and professional planning for the sake of developing the individual and the society; a thing that went in accordance with the aim of the fair which is the necessity of coping with the outcome of the age, developing graduates’ potentialities to match the requirements of the labor market, and creating the youth-leaders.
