Dr. Ashraf Abdel Baset, President of Mansoura University, Dr. Kamal Jad Sharoubim, Governor of Dakahlia, Dr. Ashour Ahmed Amry, President of the General Authority for Adult Education, met to discuss the activation of the protocol of the Supreme Council of

Universities for Literacy and to activate the protocol of cooperation between the Adult Education Authority and Mansoura University which is represented in the Faculty of Education.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El Meligy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Asmaa Abdel Moneim Mostafa, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Magdy Salah, Head of Curriculum and Teaching Methods, Mr. Ramadan El Shahat, To teach adults in Mansoura.
Dr. Ashour Amri noted that literacy is a national task and will be organized a national campaign to eliminate under the auspices of the President of the Republic and will participate students of the Faculty of Education to reach as many as possible illiterate people to erase their illiteracy in the villages in Dakahlia ,students will be trained through a training program and workshops for the use of educational aids to adult literacy as the protocol aims to establish centers for adult education within the university.

For his part, Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basset stressed the university's full support for the national campaign for literacy through the Faculty of Education. The students will also implement the national plan for literacy, which will help achieve comprehensive development and achieve Egypt's future vision.
