On Monday 3rd July 2017, and Within Mansoura university's strategy to promote international cooperation and to exchange scientific expertise in all disciplines, prof/ Mohamed Kenawy – president of Mansoura university signed a cooperation agreement with prof/ 

Vladimir Aleksandrovich Mau – president of The Russian Presindetial Academy of National Economy and Public Administration " RANEPA"

The agreement aims at transferring expertise in the field of administrative and commercial sciences, and to encourage Egyptian specialists in this field to start the activation of the international cooperation programs of joint academic degrees, joint supervision, and continuing development, it also includes the cooperation between students and professors from both sides.
on his side, prof/ Kenawy, stressed on the importance of such cooperation to transfer experiences and to achieve the maximum benefit and qualify graduates on the international labor market and to contribute effectively to the sustainable development of the country.
