The First Workshop Held as Part of the Second Employment Forum at the Faculty of Law – Mansoura University

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University hosted the first workshop of the Second Employment Forum for the academic year 2024/2025. The workshop featured a distinguished and content-rich theme.

Dr. Sayed El-Eisawy, Director of the Administrative Performance Development Unit at the University Performance Development Center, delivered an interactive workshop titled:
"Navigating the Job Market in a Professionally Diverse Environment."

The workshop comprehensively addressed the different personality types in the workplace and effective ways to interact with them. Dr. El-Eisawy also discussed strategies for time management and skills for handling work-related stress, focusing on offering practical tools that can be applied in professional life.

The session witnessed significant engagement from attendees, who contributed with questions and constructive discussions that enriched the dialogue and gave it a hands-on dimension.

The workshop concluded with Dr. El-Eisawy presenting a clear action plan aimed at paving the way for the faculty’s graduates toward a successful and stable career future.
