Training Course "Time Management and Coping with Work Pressure" by the Human Resources Development Unit – Wednesday, April 23, 2025:

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, with the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif, Dean of the Faculty, the supervision of Prof. Dr. Doaa Samir Hazza, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the organization of Assistant Lecturer Aya Mohamed Hamed, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Development Unit, and the coordination of the unit’s team: Engineer Yassin Hani Mohamed, Teaching Assistant at the Department of Hotel Studies, and Engineer Hala Ahmed Basal, Teaching Assistant at the Department of Tourist Guidance.

On Wednesday, 23/04/2025, the Human Resources Development Unit held a training course titled "Time Management and Coping with Work Pressure" as part of the administrative staff's training plan for the academic year 2024/2025.
The training was conducted by Dr. Hossam El-Din Ramadan El-Helaly, Ph.D. in Sociology and Human Development Trainer, Training Officer at the Office of the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Representatives from various administrative departments of the faculty attended the course based on their training needs.

Participants were trained on effective tools for organizing tasks and increasing productivity through setting priorities and planning daily schedules.
They also developed skills for coping with pressure through stress reduction strategies, improving work-life balance, and enhancing psychological resilience in challenging situations.
At the end of the training course, a discussion session was held, during which questions and inquiries were addressed.

A general evaluation questionnaire and another for assessing trainees’ learning were prepared, as part of the mechanism for measuring the impact of the training.
