๐Ÿ„ Veterinary Medical and Educational Convoy in Al-Rabeea Village, affiliated with Meet Sweid Veterinary Administration โ€“ Dikirnis Center, Dakahlia Governorate, on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 ๐Ÿ“ฃ Veterinary Medical and Educational Convoy ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”

As part of Mansoura Universityโ€™s community outreach activities, a veterinary medical and educational convoy was carried out in Al-Rabeea Village, affiliated with Meet Sweid Veterinary Administration โ€“ Dikirnis Center, Dakahlia Governorate, on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

โœจThe convoy was held under the patronage of:

  • Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater โ€“ President of Mansoura University

  • Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim Mohamed โ€“ Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ Led by Prof. Dr. Maha Abdo Mohamed Abdo El-Ashmawy โ€“ Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine
๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ Supervised by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Gebr El-Sayed Gebr โ€“ Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs
๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ With the participation of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Said Mohamed Hussein โ€“ Consultant (Obstetrics, Reproduction, and Artificial Insemination)

๐Ÿฉบ The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine โ€“ Mansoura University, organized the convoy in collaboration with the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine in Dakahlia and Brooke Charity Hospital. The convoy provided comprehensive treatment and advisory services to local residents regarding the health and care of their animals.

๐Ÿ“Š Convoy Results:

  • Cows and buffaloes: 75

  • Sheep and goats: 165

  • Working animals (donkeys/horses): 40

  • Poultry (domestic): 500

Medical examinations were performed and medications were provided free of charge from the convoyโ€™s pharmacy.

๐Ÿ™ At the conclusion of the event, the residents of the village expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the convoy participants and Mansoura University for their distinguished efforts in serving the community.
