Promoting a Risk-Based Thinking Culture and Its Role in Supporting Institutional Performance at the Faculty of Computers and Information

As part of the University’s continuous efforts to support institutional performance, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and in implementation of risk management procedures and the performance indicator related to promoting a risk-based thinking culture among all faculty members, and with the participation of Ms. Azza Ibrahim El-Khamisy, General Director of Strategic Management at the University, and Dr. Mohamed Riyad El-Bayoumi, Director of the Crisis and Disaster Management Department.

The Faculty of Computers and Information organized a workshop entitled “The Art of Crisis Management”, as part of a series of workshops aimed at achieving maximum benefit from these workshops.

Ms. Azza El-Khamisy, General Director, emphasized that the trainees received rich and valuable content enabling them to deal with crises according to systematic and well-studied plans. She also stressed that the crisis management file is one of the important files that must be completed and given due attention, emphasizing that whoever possesses information possesses the ability to control, and that the goal is to preserve human capital and fixed assets through strategic management represented in crisis and disaster management and risk reduction.
