The Activation of the Protocol of the Dissemination of Vocational Health and Safety and the Free Labour Culture between Mansoura University and the Ministry of Labour and Manpower

Within the context of the State policy under the leadership of President Abd El Fatah El-Sisi to promote the safety, dignity and the well-being of the Egyptians and under the 

 
auspices of Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basset,  President of Mansoura University and Prof. Mahmoud Mohammed El- Meligi  Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the Protocol for the Dissemination of Vocational Health and Safety and the Free Labour Culture was launched between Mansoura University and the Ministry of Labour and Manpower on Monday 16th of September 2019. During the meeting, Prof. El- Meligi welcomed the attendees stressing the University’s adherence to the directions of the Ministry and the adoption of the vocational safety and health and free labour policies; this is evident in the assignment of vocational safety and health, disasters and crises management representatives in every University building. In addition, there are regular meetings, training courses and workshops to enhance and develop performance of those representatives and to eliminate any obstacles that they may face. The attendees highlighted the concept of  vocational safety and health and emphasized the utter importance of Man’s safety everywhere.
