Under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud Elmeleigy, the Vice- President for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs, and the honorable attendance of a host of staff

members, the faculty of science assigned Monday 11/11/2013 as a day for community service and environment development. The University Vice-President stressed the importance of encouraging students to promote voluntary community service and environment awareness.

On the side of the day activities, an environmental exhibition was opened where students' artifacts and products were on display.
