The 262nd Session of the Community Service and Environmental Development Council at Mansoura University

The Community Service and Environmental Development Council at Mansoura University held its 262nd session, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, with the esteemed members of the council in attendance.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim opened the session by welcoming the attendees, emphasizing the unity of the national front and supporting the political leadership's stance in rejecting the displacement of Palestinians. During the session, Dr. Abdel Azim congratulated Dr. Ghada Al-Qunishi on her reappointment as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service Affairs, as well as Mr. Hazem Nasr on his re-election as an external member of the council. He also congratulated Dr. Samah Al-Khamisi on her appointment as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood for Community Service Affairs, and Dr. Fatima Al-Imam on her appointment as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing for Community Service Affairs.

The congratulations extended to Major General Hisham El-Hosary, Member of the House of Representatives and Chairman of the Agriculture and Irrigation Committee, for his appointment as an external member of the Community Service and Environmental Development Council. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Nasreen Omar, former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Mansoura University and Member of the House of Representatives, and Dr. Tamer Madkour, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Dakahlia, were congratulated for joining the council as external members.

During the session, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim presented a report on the activities of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, highlighting the major achievements of the faculties and future plans, while also emphasizing social responsibility and the importance of improving Mansoura University’s rank in the "Innovation Agenda."
