The seminar, held in celebration of International Volunteer Day, took place on Thursday, December 5, 2024, with the presence of Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Zohary, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels for Education and Student Affairs.

The session featured a lecture by Ms. Roheyah Atef Mohy El-Din Mohamed, Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Mansoura University. The topics covered included:

  • The concept of volunteering
  • Various forms of voluntary work
  • The objectives of volunteering
  • How and where to engage in voluntary activities
  • Developing students' skills through participation in seminars and workshops related to volunteering

This seminar was organized within the framework of the "Bidaya" initiative, emphasizing the importance of building human capacity and fostering a culture of giving and self-development.
