Under the patronage of Prof. Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Mohamed Abdelazim Mohamed, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and supervised by Prof. Osama Al-Ayan, Dean of the Faculty of Science, in coordination with Dr. Hossam Al-Hilali, Training Coordinator at the Vice President's Office for Community Service Affairs, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized the training program "Effective Communication and Leadership Skills" at the Faculty of Science.

This program is part of the university's strategic plan to enhance social responsibility and aimed at developing graduates' skills in team building, effective time management, and preparation for the labor market.

The program seeks to improve job performance and foster human resource development in alignment with modern labor market requirements.
