Mansoura University Hosts the 4th Graduate and Employment Forum at the Faculty of Physical Education
The Graduate Follow-up Unit at the Faculty of Physical Education organized the 4th Graduate and Employment Forum on Monday, February 17, 2025, under the patronage of:
- Prof. Dr. Sherif Yousef Khater – President of Mansoura University.
- Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim – Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.
And led by:
- Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Azim – Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education.
- Prof. Dr. Khaled Mohamed Ziyada – Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
- Prof. Dr. Amr Ali Shadi – Director of the Graduate Follow-up Unit at the Faculty of Physical Education.
Forum Objectives:
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Azim emphasized that the forum aims to prepare graduates of the Faculty of Physical Education and open new opportunities for them in the labor market, aligning with the university’s vision to provide professional support to its graduates.
Prof. Dr. Khaled Ziyada pointed out that the forum is a valuable opportunity to develop graduates' abilities and refine their skills, thus improving their job prospects.
Workshops and Practical Training:
Prof. Dr. Amr Ali Shadi explained that the forum includes a series of interactive workshops, such as:

✅ Career planning and goal setting.
✅ How to succeed in a job interview.
✅ Managing and operating sports projects.
✅ Specialized sports nutrition.
✅ AI applications in sports sciences.
First Day Activities:
The forum kicked off with a workshop on professional CV writing led by Prof. Dr. Mona Abu Al-Ezz, Executive Director of University Centers for Career Development. The session focused on:
📌 Presenting skills and work experience in a way that attracts employers.
📌 Organizing academic certificates and personal information to reflect a professional image.
Another workshop on career planning was held by Dr. Sara El-Morsy, covering:
📌 How to set career goals and create an effective action plan.
📌 Strategies to discover job opportunities in the market.
📌 The importance of building a strong professional network.
Continuing Events:
The 4th Graduate and Employment Forum will continue for four days, featuring specialized training sessions and important topics aimed at preparing graduates and enhancing their opportunities in the job market.
