Seminar titled "Infection Prevention and Control" at Al-Islah Charity Complex, Dakahlia Governorate, Faculty of Nursing
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater - President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria - Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, and Prof. Dr. Fatma El Imam Hafez - Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
As part of the Faculty of Nursing's community, awareness, and social responsibility role at Mansoura University, the faculty organized a seminar titled "Infection Prevention and Control" at Al-Islah Charity Complex in Dakahlia Governorate. The seminar was conducted by Dr. Iman Refaat and Ms. Amina Salama. The seminar aimed to enhance the participants' skills in the fundamentals of infection prevention and control, including hand hygiene techniques, personal protective equipment, and the basics of cleaning and sterilization in workplace environments.
The seminar witnessed significant interaction from the attendees, through fruitful discussions and practical applications, which contributed to reinforcing concepts and developing participants' behavioral and professional skills. This event is part of a series of activities and seminars organized by the faculty in support of Mansoura University's goals of community service, social responsibility, and the development of a humane and social work environment.
