The owners of vehicle entry permits to the university campus are kindly requested to print the attached application in order to fill in the permit renewal data with its approval and compilations with the Secretary of the College or his affiliated administration to send it together to the Communications and Information Technology Center through the representatives of the entity.

Important Notes:-

• The form must be certified and stamped.
• The previous permit must be delivered upon receiving of the new permit.
• Upon receiving the permit, it must be ensured that the permit is marked with a hologram.
• Delivery and receive of permits takes place during the period from nine thirty in the morning until one in the afternoon, through representatives of the various entities.
