Opening of the students’ permanent exhibition at Mansoura University for the year 2022
On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, Prof. Ashraf Mohamed Abdel Baset - President of the University, and Prof. Mahmoud Mohamed El Meligy - Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs opened the students’ permanent exhibition at the Student Services Center, Which is organized annually by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the university. In the presence of Prof. Omar Ghoneim - Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Samah Hafez - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Commerce for Community Service Affairs and head of the committee supervising the organization of the exhibition, Prof. Mohamed Shata - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture for Community Service Affairs, Prof. Amal Al-Qaddah - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood for Community Service Affairs, Prof. Abdullah Al-Hawari - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Community Service Affairs, Prof. Wafaa Fathi - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing for Community Service Affairs, and Prof. Muhammad Fathi Abu Al-Nour - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Science for Community Service Affairs, Prof. Wafaa Abu Al-Maati - Director of the Childhood Care and Development Center at the university, and a group of faculties' vice deans and faculty members at the university, in addition to Al-Mahrousa students team of the sector, and a large number of University students.
Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basset indicated that the exhibition aims to reduce the financial burdens on university students and their parents by providing new clothes that suit their taste, as the exhibition includes more than (2000) new pieces of clothes in its first phase, and other pieces are purchased throughout the period of its stay, which will last for 10 days, in order to support the largest number of deserving university students.
For his part, Prof. Mahmoud El-Meligy noted that the exhibition includes a large number of new men’s and women’s clothes, from which university students benefit through coupons that are distributed free of charge to deserving students through the office of Prof/ Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs in each college.
Al-Meligy also thanked the team of the Childhood Care and Development Center led by Prof. Wafaa Abu Al-Maati - Director of the Center and the people working in the community service and environmental development sector who organized the exhibition for producing it in a manner befitting Mansoura University. He also thanked Town Team Company, and Track stores for supporting the exhibition with new clothes for free.
