Prof. Mahmoud Mohamed El-Meligy welcomed all the team leaders and presented the terms of reference of each team, which is represented in organizing various activities and events and holding conferences and seminars, he also assigned the team leaders to propose a formation for the members of each team, taking into consideration that all categories of the university, including faculty members, employees and students from the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, should be integrated, with the participation of students with special needs and expatriates, in addition to seeking the help of civil society parties.

He also stressed the need to develop a complete and clear work plan for each team within its terms of reference, to be presented to Prof. Chairman of the Higher Committee, in preparation for setting performance indicators for each team. He also stressed the importance of making periodic reports on all activities and events that take place during the month, with the media publishing of all activities on the official university websites and social media platforms. It was also recommended during the meeting that the Green University Guide should be prepared in preparation for its approval by the University Council.
