Under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Melegi, Vice-President for Community Service and Environmental Development  Affairs and Prof. Hossam Rushdy 

Director of the Medical Care Fund for Mansoura University Staff Members and Personnel, an intensive training program was offered to the Fund Personnel. The program tackled issues concerned with development, effective communication and team work skills, and was delivered by Dr. Hossam Helaly - an HR trainer at the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector. The program took place between 10th and 14^th  of March 2017.

 The program addressed the following issues:

·       Developing Effective communication skills.

·       Time management skills.

·       Team work skills.

·       Developing a new system for facilitating administrative procedures

·       Personnel's skills for achieving customer satisfaction

·       The investment of personnel positive energy in improving the services offered

·       Enhancing the personnel's creativity for serving the University
