The meeting was held underthe auspices of Professor Kenawi, the President of the university and the patronage of Professor El-Melegi, the Vice-

president for Community Service and Environment Development, in collaboration with Deans and Vice-deans of the faculties of Science, Veterinary and Pharmacy. The meeting comes out of the State’s serious concern with the problem of unemployment among university graduates and the University’s endeavor to create real job and training opportunities for graduates in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies. The participating companies will offer free training to students and graduates; contracts will be signed after Eid-el-Fitr (Lesser Bairam).
