The side- activities of the 3^rd Fair for Qualifying and Employing Graduates  included a symposium entitled “Create Your Job Opportunity.” The symposium dealt with the importance of human development in society, and

how to promote the skills and the experience of the individuals. In addition the symposium shed light on the development of the Egyptian woman’s awareness regarding the building of the country’s civilization, the idea of self- marketing with the help of social websites, the evaluation process that enhances marketing,  the effect of internal and external factors that shape the communicative abilities of the individuals through linguistic dictions, and silence as a language of inner-thinking , in addition to methods of  self assessment professionally and psychologically.

The symposium concluded by emphasizing the role of thinking in the practical and intellectual life; it also stressed the importance of the psychological factor and of employing philosophy as a tool for reaching the truth.
