    Crisis Management and Decision Making

The side- activities of the 3rd Fair for Qualifying and Employing Graduates  included a symposium entitled “ The Skills of Crisis Management and

Decision Making.”  The symposium was conducted in collaboration with “ Shabab El.Khair  Charitable Association,” and it dealt with many topics such as: marital life and how to take decisions ensuring happy marriage through good planning. Also the symposium raised the issue of social pressures that trigger decision making which affects the individual and the society as a whole. This comes within the framework of professional development and team working, and as proof-positive regarding the importance of the science of planning and professional development in all aspects of life. The symposium asserts that the aim of the argument is not only to reach the stage of full conviction, but also to exchange ideas within a fruitful discussion.
