Launching the second student initiatives conference "Egypt 2030" at Mansoura University
The activities of the second "Student Initiatives" conference - Mansoura University entitled "Sustainable Development Egypt 2030", launched on 11th march 2018, under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education.
Students from 20 public and private universities participated in the conference.
Its worth to mention that "Sustainable development 2030" was chosen because of the importance of the topic, following its unanimous adoption by the United Nations in recent years, aims at making the best use in all fields for the benefit of generations.
prof/ Ashraf Abdel Basset - Vice President of the University, highlighted Egypt's development plan 2030 in light of the goals set by the United Nations, including the fourth goal, that calls for equitable education for all.
He pointed out that the university seeks to educate students and develop their personality, to be able to do their part in serving the community in all respects.
For his part, prof/ Mohamed Kenawy – president of Mansoura University stressed that the participation of youth from various Egyptian universities through the provision of suggestions for the development of society will contribute to their integration into the society, and using suggestions to remedy all problems.
