On Monday 27th March 2017, prof/ Mohamed Kenawy – president of Mansoura University, inaugurated the First Food Day, organized by the faculty of Agriculture by "Eat Right" student team and under the auspice of prof/ Al-Zahraa Mutawea. 

Prof/ Al-Zahraa, pointed out that the first day of food aims to introduce students to healthy food and its components and how to choose healthy food rich in vegetables and fruits instead of the fast food that students take during the study day and to choose food that grows the body, in a lovely and encouraging way.
On the sidelines of the day a competition was organized for those who attend the best meal to encourage students to participate and compete
