Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim Mohamed - Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs met with the members of the Grants and Leave Committee, who are:

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jaidi - Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Manal Muhammad - Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Saad Abdel Wahab - Head of Central Administration, Prof. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi - General Director of Human Resources, Prof. Sahar Wagih - Director of Personnel Affairs , Mr. Ahmed Al-Zuhri - in the university president’s follow-up office.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, welcomed the attendees. The meeting discussed the file of grants and vacations and some of the laws related to them, and talked about implementing the electronic email policy in exchanging business papers and files without printing them. Also discussing electronic management of units, converting paper signatures to electronic ones, and rationalizing the use of papers. Then Professor Saad Abdel Wahab began presenting the topics to the Vice President of the University for discussion and decision-making.
