Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs met on Thursday, January 4, 2024, with the following:

Prof. Dr. El-Shaarawy Kamal - Executive Director of University Hospitals.

Prof. Mahmoud Saafan - Vice President of the Information Technology Center.

Dr. Amr Samir - Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and Director of the E-Learning Unit.

To discuss and follow up on the 100% electronic booking application, then His Excellency the Vice President of the University moved to assign Dr. Amr Samir to prepare a study to compare the numbers during the last 3 months and to prepare the electronic booking for the Safe Mirror Clinic. Then His Excellency moved to discuss with Dr. Mahmoud Saafan the electronic booking follow-up application under test. Intilaaq Company, and it will be completed at the end of next week. Dr. Mahmoud Saafan explained that reservations are currently available on the Android system and are not available on the iPhone except through the web browser, and three medical centers will be transferred to transfer the radiology work request to the hospital director. Then His Excellency the Vice President of the University directed to Prof. Dr. Al-Shaarawy summoned doctors to apply the Request service and inform them of it, and Dr. Saafan indicated that the electronic reservation service would be permanently activated on Android & iPhone by the end of next month.
