After welcoming the distinguished guests, His Excellency discussed the creation and development of a program for the Medical Care Fund to regulate the dispensing of medical prescriptions to reduce incorrect uses. Then, Dr. Amr Samir made an on-screen presentation to explain the design of the application and how to use it.
