Prof. Dr. Walid El-Shenawy - Dean of the Faculty of Law - Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali Shata - Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Mona Al-Dakrouri - Acting Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Zuhri - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels for Community Service Affairs , Dr. Amal Abdel Razek - General Director of Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdallah - Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Prof. El-Sayed Abdel Ghaffar - Director of the Faculty Housing Unit, Prof. Ahmed Yahya - Legal Member in the Office of the Vice President for University Affairs the environment.

After welcoming the distinguished guests, His Excellency discussed the agenda of the Board of Directors of the Faculty Housing Unit, some matters related to the housing unit, a case study, contract durations and their validity, a study of the technical situation and housing needs, and then the violations found therein. Then he was assigned to form a committee headed by Prof. Dr. Dean of the College. Rights to reconcile and harmonize the current housing conditions with the decision of His Excellency the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
