The Social Care Foundation for the Elderly’s home in Benbarwa was visited on Tuesday, 1/30/2024. 56 residents of the home were examined (26 men and 30 women) in specialties (dermatology - psychiatric diseases - rheumatology and rehabilitation - ophthalmology and surgery - internal diseases (geriatrics) - internal diseases (endocrinology) - dentistry) and blood pressure measurement. Blood tests and a random blood sugar test for all cases.
Convoy results:-
- Transferring 13 cases to specialized clinics
-It was discovered that he had diabetes and high blood pressure.
An awareness session was also held for the specialists and supervisors at the home about the care and nursing of the elderly and people with special needs, presented by Dr. Sally Mohammed Al-Sayed - nursing teacher for the elderly.
