In the context of seeking awareness of infection control in dental clinics in general and in light of the Corona pandemic in particular, the Continuing Medical Education Unit at the College of Dentistry organized this training course under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Yasser Lotfy Abdel Nabi - Dean of the College of Dentistry, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Gad. Eid - Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs for Internship Doctors.

The activities of the training course began with scientific lectures, during which Professor Dr. Mohamed Al-Farash, former Head of the Microbiology Department at the Faculty of Medicine - Mansoura University, lectured on the standards used for infection control within dental clinics and modern methods to prevent infections for doctors and patients. He also touched on awareness of the behaviors that must be taken for prevention. Preventing infection, preventive measures and optimal dealing methods in the event of infection.
