Prof. Dr. Fikri Salem - Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Project Manager - Professor / Mohamed Abdel Latif - Secretary General of the University, Engineer / Mohamed Abdel Shafi - General Director of Engineering Affairs, Dr. Reda Ibrahim - General Director of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, gentlemen, company representatives Implemented.

In order to discuss:

1 - Forming a committee to receive the site for the second part with Engineer / Abdel Shafi and the Center for Engineering Studies and Consultations.

2- Connecting the electrical cable to the hotel.

3 - Providing plumbing supplies, valves and pipes from the university’s engineering department.

4 - Design and install 3 signs with the hotel’s name written on them.

5- Making a landscape around the hotel and installing some trees.

6 - Furniture furnishings for the hotel. 7 - Furniture furnishings for the hotel.

8 - Preparing supplies.

9 - Finishing the final summary of the first part and paying the official “social insurance” dues.
