Mansoura University Project Meeting “A Governorate Without Illiteracy”

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs met today, Tuesday, June 25, 2024, with the following gentlemen:

Prof. Dr. Sahar Tawfiq - Dean of the College of Early Childhood Education, Prof. Dr. Ali Abd Rabbo - Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Mohi Al-Allami - Dean of the College of Specific Education, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Azim - Dean of the College of Physical Education, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jaidi - Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Dr. Asmaa Al-Hadi - Director of the Mansoura University Center for Adult Education Services, Prof. Dr. Amr Gabr - Coordinator of Community Service and Environmental Development Sector Activities.

At the beginning, Mr. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the attendees for Mansoura University’s obtaining first place in the January and April session for eradicating illiteracy and adult education at the republic level. Then he discussed the work plan and the general framework of the Mansoura University project. “A governorate without illiteracy,” where he identified places to receive courses on eradicating illiteracy and adult education in youth centers and schools within the governorate, identified classes to study in them after two o’clock in the afternoon, and identified students participating in these courses from university colleges. Then he extended special thanks to the agencies and ministries supporting this project, Then, Dr. Asmaa Al-Hadi - Director of the Center, spoke about self-exams and refresher exams for the target group.
