Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater; President of Mansoura University... Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim; Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. And the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif; Dean of the Faculty... And the supervision of Prof. Dr. Doaa Samir Haza; Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs... And the organization of Dr. Reham Mamdouh Abdel Maqsoud; Head of the Environmental Awareness Team.

And coordination of Ms. Heba El-Imam; Head of the Environmental Projects Department.

On Tuesday 10/22/2024, the seventh activities of the third introductory week were held for the activities of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty; Where the Environmental Awareness Team, in cooperation with the Environmental Projects and Urban Coordination Department, held a workshop "Sustainable Water Consumption".

It was attended by Prof. Dr. Sherine Abdel-Baqi Mohamed Farhat; Assistant Professor of Home Management in the Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education... where the faculty members were educated about rationalizing water consumption, its importance and role in achieving sustainability.. and how to rationalize water consumption and wrong practices in water consumption to avoid them; This is within the framework of the Egyptian state's orientation towards rationalizing water consumption.

Where all faculty members were emphasized on the necessity of preserving water and rationalizing it in all areas of life, considering the water issue one of the water challenges facing many countries, through building awareness of how to optimally use water as well as using modern technology to conserve water
