Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs,
Dr. Hossam El-Helali, Training Officer and Coordinator of Decent Life in the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, presented a distinguished training course for the administrative staff of the college. The course focused on developing communication and effective communication skills, which are vital skills that enhance the efficiency of administrative work and improve the quality of services provided.
During the course, Dr. Hossam reviewed effective strategies and tools to enhance communication between individuals, which contributes to building a positive and integrated work environment. The importance of communication in achieving institutional goals and its role in developing human relations within the institution were also discussed.
The attendees thanked Dr. Hossam Al-Hilali for his valuable efforts, and asked him to always look forward to more initiatives that contribute to raising the efficiency of administrative work and achieving the vision of the Faculty of Fine Arts in serving the community. 🎨🤝
