The Assistant Minister of Justice explained that the Ministry of Justice was not only concerned with developing real estate registration from a technical standpoint and developing headquarters and infrastructure, but was also concerned with developing the system from a legislative standpoint, in accordance with Law No. 9 of 2022 and Law No. 177 of 2022, which brought about a qualitative shift in the real estate system. By facilitating real estate registration procedures in an unprecedented way. During his meeting, the Assistant Minister reviewed a detailed explanation of real estate registration procedures, and highlighted the challenges that the Ministry of Justice faced during the last period in order to develop the real estate registration system, due to its full belief that registering real estate rights leads to the protection and stability of real estate ownership, and an increase in real estate credit in the country. Law No. 9 of 2022 came to regulate the process of registering real estate ownership, which was one of the most important social problems. The new law did not neglect to make it easier for citizens by keeping pace with digital transformation processes and also separated the payment of the real estate transaction tax from registration procedures. The amendments approved by the new real estate registration law issued in 2022 have raised many questions that have been revealed in practice. Therefore, the Community Service Sector at the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, was keen to shed light on the most important developments witnessed in these issues at the international and national levels and discuss them in accordance with 4 Objective scientific standards, in order to raise the level of public awareness of all legal aspects of real estate registration and documentation.

The art exhibition was attended by more than one hundred students, represented by thirty students at the level of the various colleges of the university and at the level of other universities.

Today’s meeting was started by student Reem Gad, head of the Political Committee of the Parliament of Mansoura University, saying:

“The field of culture and art is an arena of struggle between truth and falsehood throughout the ages, and the expression has been true that art is a sublime message. These days, when we are in an age of distractions and rumors, we are in need of purposeful art that elevates the human being, refines his conscience, and raises awareness of his youth, who are the pillar and hope of this nation.” And its bright future, and instils patriotism and belonging in their hearts, and urges them to exercise their minds in everything, and not to submit and surrender to any person or any group or misguided group that incites them to leave their homelands, to declare infidels in their societies, and to disbelieve their scholars, and urges them not to be strict and extremist in dealing with their families and friends. Or offend any of them. Resisting extremism and terrorism is not only security and military, as some believe. Rather, destructive ideas must also be confronted in parallel through thought and enlightenment. Therefore, purposeful art of all kinds is capable of being a powerful intellectual weapon that can confront extremism by deepening the culture of peace. And dialogue within societies, and rooting and strengthening the sense of belonging, humanity, and love of homeland among individuals, curbing violence, terrorism, and brutality, and elevating the human spirit and returning it to its purity, purity, and nature that God created it with, so that we can ultimately create a sound and intellectually balanced citizen who can distinguish between truth and falsehood and the harmful. And the beneficial and the good and the bad.”

For his part, Prof. Dr. Walid El-Shenawy said:

“This technical activity that we are carrying out today is within the framework of the activities of the National Security Committee at the level of Mansoura University. It is worth noting that the committee held many sessions, and a consensus was reached to present the activities within the framework of moving away from the traditional form through seminars based on direct advice, because it turned out that Direct advice does not show any benefit, and therefore the type of activities and events carried out by the committee: visits, art exhibitions...etc. Art has a major role in our contemporary world in terms of refining the personality. It is impossible to find a lover of music or singing...etc., hence art. It purifies people of negativity. Art is also a cultural façade, the extent of sophistication, and the progress of society.”

The talk was continued by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, praising the efforts, activities and activities of the committee in addition to the fact that “art is a message. Each of us has rights and duties. We must not be satisfied with the courage of a lion, but use the intelligence of a wolf. Success is impossible to create from randomness, so intelligence must be done.” And the will to take steps in advance of it.”

In the context of the technical and cultural day of the National Security Committee at Mansoura University, he reviewed some paragraphs:
