Signing of Medical Examination on 2686 citizens during the convoy of Mansoura University in Matrouh

Mansoura University convoy "Jusoor Al-Khair (16)" concluded its activities in Matrouh Governorate on Thursday evening, December 6, 2022, which was launched last Saturday Under the auspices of Prof. Sherif Youssef Khater - President of Mansoura University, Major General/ Khaled Shoaib - Governor of Matrouh, Prof. Mustafa El Naggar - President of Matrouh University, and under the chairmanship of Prof. Mahmoud Mohamed El Meligy - Vice President of Mansoura University for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The convoy provided its medical and awareness services during its stay in the governorate, where Prof. Mahmoud El Meligy announced that the efforts of the medical convoy resulted in the signing of medical examinations on (2686) cases of the people of Safaga and surrounding areas, with free treatment provided to them from the convoy pharmacy. in addition to performing (33) surgeries at Siwa Central Hospital, as well as transferring (18) cases to complete treatment and conduct medical examinations and necessary surgeries at Mansoura University Hospitals.

The efforts of the Childhood Care and Development Center team also resulted in presenting a number of entertainment and educational activities for more than (555) children, where workshops were organized for free drawing, coloring, printing, and how to make hand-made bedspreads with wooden looms, making crowns and masquerades masks from colored foam, and making puppets from colored broadcloth. As well as making group competitions and sports games, in addition to face painting and distributing gifts, toys and sweets to children.

For his part, Prof. Sherif Khater appreciated the efforts made by all members of the convoy to achieve its goals and ease the burdens on the people's shoulders, and he thanked Major General/ Khaled Shuaib - Governor of Matrouh, and all Siwa military leaders and police leaders in the region for their support of the convoy throughout its stay in the governorate, as well He stressed that Mansoura University will continue to provide all its cadres and capabilities to serve the cities and villages of the Republic, especially the border ones.
