The delegation visited Mansoura University on 30/9/2014. During the visit, the University President highlighted the need for the use of solar energy in Egypt as an effective and clean substitute for fossil fuel energy and how this should be of a priority.

The University Vice-President discussed the means of cooperation between Mansoura University and the University of Ferrara in Italy and the possibility of initiating an Agreement of Cooperation in the field of higher studies between both universities.

            The meeting was concluded by a gift of three solar energy units presented to Mansoura University by the Italian university.
