Activities of the “Bedaya” initiative by holding a symposium on “Entrepreneurship Thought and Generating Ideas for Small Projects” at the College of Commerce
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Sherif Khater, President of the University, and the leadership of Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, the first activities of the “Bedaya” initiative were held today by holding a symposium on “Entrepreneurship Ideas and Generating Ideas for Small Projects” in the College of Commerce under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mona Dakrouri is acting as Dean of the College, and the preparation and organization of Prof. Dr. Samah Hafez, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development and Head of the Small Projects Team in the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector. Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz spoke at the symposium about the importance of entrepreneurship thought and its success factors, while presenting the success of China’s experience in small projects, while Engineer Sherif Antar spoke about the activities of the Delta Entrepreneurship Association and its role in supporting small projects, While Engineer Hatem Abu Al-Ezz spoke about the services of the Creative Center. The way to generate ideas is through the training courses offered by the center. As for Dr. Muhammad Ghoneim, he spoke about financing for projects, how to obtain financing, and calculating the profitability of the project. Dr. Mahmoud Abu Al-Majd spoke about who is a successful entrepreneur and how to market projects, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abeer Tawakkol, professor at the College. Engineering and team member, Prof. Dr. Musa Joyfel - Department of Economics at the college, Prof. Dr. Heba Abu Al-Wafa - College of Arts, Dr. Abdul Rahman Qalbah - Department of Accounting. The symposium included university students from the colleges of commerce, education, agriculture, arts, and law.
