Community Service Council meeting, session No. (258), at the Faculty of Pharmacy - January 2024 AD

The Community Service and Environmental Development Council at Mansoura University held its session No. (258) today, Wednesday, 1/10/2024 AD, headed by Mr. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and in the presence of the deans of the colleges for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dear members of the Council from abroad, the Council includes presenting and discussing a number of topics and executive plans that aim to develop the university’s performance in its role towards serving the internal and external community and contributing to achieving sustainable development.
At the beginning of the session, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University, extended his sincere congratulations to Prof. Sahar Sidqi Al-Hafni on her appointment as Vice President for Education and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Engineering and honored her with thanks and appreciation for her period of work as Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
Then His Excellency moved on to talk about some important axes in the sector in which the work will be organized, restructured and developed. Then His Excellency discussed the previous activities related to the sector and colleges and some meetings related to ongoing projects and presented the work plan for the sector during the coming period, which includes many important axes such as (the hospital sector). And medical centers, convoys, smart management, university employee services, activating the central work system, infrastructure networks, developing the university campus, developing self-resources, developing the interactive, social and recreational work environment).

He then discussed the topics related to the Board of Directors, then activity reports and work plans for the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector in the colleges and departments affiliated with the sector were presented through a presentation on the screen in the hall. At the end of the session, His Excellency honored the student / Ahmed Muhammad Al-Desouki - student in the third year, department. Computers and Control Systems at the Faculty of Engineering for his scientific excellence and outstanding performance in electronic systems.
In conclusion, His Excellency thanked all attendees for their interaction and valuable contributions to the discussions and efforts made. He also stressed the importance of joint work and dedication to work, as it represents a fundamental basis for achieving the strategic goals and desired results.
