Prof. Dr. Ghada Al-Qunaishi - Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hani Qenawy - Vice Dean of the College of Pharmacy for Community Service Affairs, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fathi Abu Al-Nour - Vice Dean of the College of Science for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Nermin Ali - Lecturer at the College of Science, Dr. Mustafa Amin - General Director of the General Administration of Environmental Projects, Dr. Magda Ali - General Administration of Environmental Projects, Ms. Shaima Sobh - General Administration of Environmental Projects.

After welcoming the distinguished guests, His Excellency assigned the committee to inventory the activities that use chemical compounds, discuss storage mechanisms, handling mechanisms, and disposal mechanisms for these chemical compounds, and create a protocol for dealing with them at the individual and institutional level. He also discussed how to dispose of waste, solid waste, hazardous waste, and non-hazardous liquid waste. He concluded his speech by saying that the efficiency of an organization's measurement is measured by the extent to which individuals deal with one protocol.
