A cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University and the Brooke Charitable Hospital Association for Animal Treatment, January 15, 2024

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Khater, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Dr. Maha Abdo Mohamed Abdo El Ashmawy, Dean of the Faculty, and Ms. Abeer Mohamed Shinawi, Executive Director of the Brooke Charitable Hospital Association, signed a cooperation protocol. In the presence of a delegation from the association, headed by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ati, head of the association’s office in Mansoura.
The delegation, accompanied by Prof./Dean of the Faculty, also went to the office of Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. His Excellency expressed Mansoura University’s welcome to cooperate with the Association for the benefit of serving the surrounding community and participating in the veterinary convoys provided by the Faculty. Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University.
At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Dr. Maha Abdo Al-Ashmawy expressed her happiness with this cooperation, expressing its importance in achieving its desired goals based on the State Strategy 2030 in the environment sector and community service.
The protocol aims to exchange experiences and benefit from the capabilities available between the two parties in therapeutic and training activities to serve animals and working animals of the equine species and to maximize the benefit of the distinguished cadres of the Faculty and the association to achieve fruitful cooperation.
