Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Khater - President of Mansoura University and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University for Community Service, Environmental Development and Leadership Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jaidi - Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Prof. Dr. Suhair Waheed - Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development, supervised and implemented by Prof. Dr. Sahar Al-Dakrouri, team leader of the university’s Community Awareness Committee. The College of Arts received the volunteer work team for the Addiction Control and Treatment Fund and met with the college’s male and female students. A dialogue took place about the role of the family in drug prevention as it is the first line of defense to protect its children from drugs, manifestations that indicate abuse, and the nature of synthetic drugs and their types. Its harms, how to seek advice and guidance, and how to use the hotline’s free service and its confidentiality.
