Prof. Dr. Mona Dakrouri - Dean of the College of Commerce, Prof. Dr. Samah Hafez - Vice Dean of the College of Commerce for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abu Al-Nour - Vice Dean of the College of Science for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Mamdouh Al-Minshawy - Director Sustainability Office, Dr. Rasha Mohamed Fathi - Vice Dean of the College of Pharmacy for Education and Student Affairs, Engy Fikry - Vice Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Amr Gabr - Coordinator of Community Service and Environmental Development Sector Activities.

This is to discuss the topics of the office’s agenda, including changing the evaluation system for the university campus, activating cooperation between the sustainability office and the environmental sectors in the colleges, linking them with the office, determining a sustainability day at Mansoura University, making a proposal for a cooperation protocol with the National Center for Housing and Building Research, and proposing to activate an evaluation form for all buildings at the university ( Existing and new) and proposing the activation and application of the concepts and principles of green offices on the headquarters of units of a special nature at the university.
