Awareness convoy inside the local unit in the village of Shaha, Mansoura Center

Within the initiative of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi "A New Beginning for Building the Human Being" and in light of the university's keenness to focus on building the Egyptian human being and in continuation of the series of convoys in which the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, participates within the framework of activating its service and development role towards society.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater - President of Mansoura University and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Azim - Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Abeer Mohamed Zakaria, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Prof. Dr. Wafaa Fathy - Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs

The Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, in cooperation with the National Population Council, participated in an awareness convoy within the local unit in the village of Shaha, Mansoura Center, on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Dr. Hind Wagih Abu Zaid, Lecturer of Pediatric Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, and Dr. Sara Mustafa Hamza, Assistant Lecturer of Pediatric Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, lectured from the college to improve community awareness of the importance of the golden thousand in the life of the child and mother, raise awareness of the dangers of illiteracy and the dangers of early marriage, spread the culture of self-employment, and raise awareness of preserving and protecting the environment from pollution.

It is worth noting that the New Beginning for Human Development Initiative is one of the axes of the sustainable national project for human development, “New Beginning for Human Development,” which embodies an integrated strategy whose primary goal is to develop the Egyptian person and invest in human capital through a work program that targets human development and works to consolidate the Egyptian identity.
