Professor Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater stressed that this victory will remain a witness to the greatness of the great Egyptian army, its courage, the strength, determination and steadfastness of the Egyptian people, and their rallying around their leaders, full of confidence and faith in the clear victory and liberation of the land, in a war that will remain the greatest and noblest wars in history, which changed many concepts of strategic and military sciences in the entire world, as Egypt and the Egyptians gained the respect, appreciation and admiration of the countries of the world, after the liberation of the precious land. Professor Dr. Walid Al-Shennawy pointed out that the glorious October victories represent a symbol of pride, honor and will for the Egyptian people, this immortal occasion that reminds us of the sacrifices of the sons of the homeland who wrote with their blood one of the most wonderful pages of history. On this occasion, we cannot miss to salute the efforts of the Egyptian political leadership, which is keen to support the Egyptian Armed Forces and provide them with the latest weapons and equipment to ensure that they are in the best possible position to protect Egyptian national security, especially in light of the tensions and dangers surrounding us in the region. Professor Dr. Alaa Al-Tamimi explained that the October 6, 1973 war was not just a military battle in the known sense, but rather a real test of the Egyptian people’s alignment with all their spectra behind their armed forces, who crossed with their army from the depths of despair to the horizons of hope, a battle in which events unfolded in an exciting manner, revealing strategic, mobilization and tactical surprises, unexpected engineering surprises, typical combat operations, and results that decided the course of the war. He pointed out that our armed forces have proven beyond doubt that they are the shield and sword of Egypt, not only that, but of our entire Arab nation, and that the soil of our homeland is sacred, and has an army that protects it, whose slogan is victory or martyrdom.
Major General Hamdi Bakhit said that any nation, if it has some elements, can stand up to the most severe threats, which was achieved in the October War, including national reconciliation, so that the nation is united as one man, pointing out that Egypt is exposed to a clear international conspiracy in an attempt to subjugate and control it, adding that the armed forces are the safety valve to confront these malicious conspiracies, as Egypt is the only power in the region that is still united and resistant to overthrow.
He explained that fourth-generation wars have begun to escalate against Egypt during the recent period through the spread of rumors and malicious lies that aim to create sedition in society, and that young people, especially university students, are the most targeted group in these new wars, and they have a major role in confronting this conspiracy through their awareness of these destructive dangers. He stressed that Egypt's clear rejection of liquidating the Palestinian cause, and confronting attempts to empty it and displace Palestinians from Gaza to Sinai, noting that Egyptian national security is a red line that cannot be touched or approached.

He called for the necessity of standing behind the political leadership of the state, given the importance and danger of the current stage, referring to the conspiracies made by some Western countries to form a new Middle East and dismantle Arab countries into weak states, which have already succeeded in destabilizing the security and stability of neighboring countries, dismantling them and drowning them in civil conflicts, stressing that Egypt is strong and will remain strong with its people, army and leadership.

Major General Staff Nasr Salem said that the reconnaissance forces have made Sinai an open book before the General Command, as no mountain has been devoid of Egyptian reconnaissance forces for 6 years, and the leaders changed the reconnaissance forces in Sinai during the October War.
He noted that without the October victory, Egypt would not have become what it is today, as it is moving steadily in giant projects and a sustainable development path, enjoying leadership, respect and appreciation from all countries of the world that sit with us to negotiate the partnership and are keen to advance bilateral relations, and we deal with them on an equal footing. Major General Pilot Dr. Hassan Mohamed Hassan explained that the October War showed the strength and will of the Egyptian fighter and that a generation of fighter pilots wrote the masterpieces of the October War, Egyptian eagles that led 220 aircraft, at two o'clock in the afternoon on October 6, 1973, to strike Israeli targets, to prevent the intervention of Israeli aircraft during the stage of building bridgeheads, and the arrival of the Egyptian armed forces to the East Bank, so it was the October victory, and he pointed out their success in preventing the intervention of Israeli aircraft during the crossing, so it was victory, and that the Mansoura air battle is evidence of the efficiency of the Egyptian pilot, as 60 Egyptian aircraft succeeded in repelling 160 Israeli aircraft in a battle that lasted 53 minutes.
The veterans and the families and relatives of the martyrs from the armed forces were honored.
