And the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif; Dean of the Faculty... And the supervision of Prof. Dr. Doaa Samir Haza; Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs... And the organization of Dr. Arwa Ahmed Ali; Director of the Human Resources Development Unit.

On Sunday 20/10/2024, the first activities of the third introductory week were held for the activities of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty; Where the Human Resources Development Unit held a training course entitled "Skills for Dealing with Students and Graduates"... In implementation of the training plan for the administrative apparatus for the academic year 2024/2025.

The training was conducted by Dr. Hossam El-Din Ramadan El-Hilali; PhD in Sociology, Human Development Trainer and Training Officer at the Office of Prof. Dr./ Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.. In the presence of representatives from various administrative departments in the college according to training needs.

The training course addressed introducing trainees to the concept of communication, effective communication, personality types and how to deal with each type, and how to achieve goals and deal with daily problems that may occur in the work environment. At the end of the training course, the floor was opened for discussion and answers to inquiries.
