Within the framework of the program for supporting the academically best achievers among bachelor’s students, under the auspices of Dr. Nevin Riad Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, Prof. Ashraf Mohammed Abdul Basit, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Mahmoud Mohammed Al-Meligi, Vice President of the University for community service affairs, Mr. Dr. Salah Hashem, Advisor to the Ministry of Social Solidarity for Social Policy, in the presence of Dr. Amira Labib Shafik – Coordinator of the university incubators program, and outstanding students from faculties (medicine, science, pharmacy, engineering, agriculture) and officials of the Solidarity Unit at the University, the monthly reward for the excellent students in the bachelor's degree was launched on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the Community Service Hall in the third floor of the General Administration building of the University.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Mahmoud Al-Meligi thanked Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, for her interest in supporting scientifically outstanding students, he also thanked Nasser Social Bank and the Sharia Association for their contributions to support the scientifically outstanding, and noted the protocol of cooperation signed between Al-Mansoura University, the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Al-Sharia Association, which includes a special criteria for supporting outstanding students in the bachelor's degree by offering a monthly reward of (1,000 EGP) for one academic year (8 months) to the first 25 students in the faculties of (medicine, pharmacy, engineering, agriculture and science) with 5 students from each college.

Mr. Ayman Al Imam, Deputy Director of Nasser Social Bank, also congratulated the outstanding students and urged them to continue to achieve greater scientific brilliance and success, and pointed out that the reward will be disbursed monthly and automatically to students through their account at Nasser Social Bank, and at the end of the meeting the monthly reward was distributed to the excellent students.
