At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Mahmoud Al-Meligi welcomed the attendees and then congratulated the student at the Faculty of Education, for winning the position of head of the Al-Mahrousa team, for winning the position of head of the Al-Mahrousa Team, and student Abdullah Al Sayed Hamed, a student at the Faculty of Law, for winning the position of vice president of the Al-Mahrousa student team, then discussed a number of topics, where he stressed the need to organize campaigns to raise the awareness of all university students on the importance of cleanliness, and He pointed out that the university provided garbage collection baskets based on their type, and stressed the need to educate students on the importance of separating waste, It was emphasized that the Al-Mahrousa student team organized an awareness campaign in all university colleges and parks on campus as well as through social media to educate students about the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of the campus as a first stage and then external awareness of all villages and cities of the province.

He also pointed out the approval of the deputies and coordinators of the Universities of the central Delta gathering on the idea of generalizing the experience of the Al-Mahrousa Students Team, which aims to participate students of each university participating in the gathering in all activities and events that are held, In this context, "Al-Meligi" stressed the need to expand the base of the Al-Mahrousa Students Team at the university's colleges and increase its participation in all events organized at the colleges and university, and noted the need to develop an integrated action plan to organize a number of events in schools and hospitals with the participation of Al-Mahrousa students team.

At the end of the meeting, "Al-Meligi" listened to the suggestions of the team's students, where the student, Zamzam Mustafa, suggested organizing a cleaning day in which university students participate in cleaning the campus in appreciation of the cleaners efforts, also Student Mustafa Al-Ashaal, suggested organizing training courses to train final years students and qualify them for the labor market, and student Mona Mustafa suggested distributing publications to university students on the importance of separating waste from the source, as suggested by student Rowan Osama and student Yara Abdul Ghani the need to increase awareness campaigns on combating addiction as well as clarify the dangers of smoking using innovative and attractive methods.
